Tom I am sure there is some way to block getting emails from facebook, just haven't looked for it. What I do is just check them for deletion in my email inbox that way I don't get the message both on facebook and in my inbox. Works for me.

Tom, You don't have to answer every reply. Do what I do and delete the e-mails. When you go to your facebook page there is an icon at the bottom right that will list all the posts since the last time you looked. Sort through them and just answer the ones you want to.

Sorry Tom I couldn't help myself. I was going to send you a link discretely but I lost your email address in the changeover to another computer. You need a password to get into your Facebook site. I use a bookmark to get into mine without having to mess around with a password.

I just deleted my facebook account.

It was getting to be way too much for me with all the balloons, smiles, etc, etc, etc,,join this and that!! Whew!!!!

John Cornish thought my last post was so pathetic he phoned me!!

We had a GREAT LIVE talk on the phone and laughed a LOT.

John's a great guy and tried his best to help me figure things out.

I just don't have the time to spend on facebook and hope no one gets ticked off at me.

I get up very early most mornings,do what a man has to do,sit here to answer emails, come here and then go to the Rocktumblinghobby site, play Texttwist on Yahoo then a few hands of Solitaire. That gets my mind juices "flowing" and off to "work" I go for the rest of the day.

If i add facebook to this routine it's just too much time involved,,,,
